Community & Submission Policy
Last updated: July 2026
Maintained by Brand Deal Diary. This policy explains what to submit, what will be rejected, and how submissions are moderated.
Our promise to the community
Brand Deal Diary works because members share real numbers honestly. Every submission is reviewed by a human before it appears in the Diary or the Casting Board.
What belongs here
- Your own rate card — real follower counts, engagement rate, and the prices you actually charge.
- Casting calls and campaign opportunities that are publicly posted or openly shared.
What gets rejected
- NDA-covered or confidential rates. If a contract prohibits sharing a rate, do not submit it. Confidential ≠ private-to-Diary.
- Second-hand rumors. Only submit your own rates or campaigns you can point to.
- Personal contact info for brand employees, agents, or managers.
- Defamatory or harassing content. Critique the working experience, not the person. No slurs, threats, or personal attacks.
- Duplicates or spam. One rate card per member, one entry per campaign.
- Fabricated rates intended to inflate the market. This is grounds for account termination.
Moderation timing
We aim to review submissions within 2 business days. You can see the status of anything you submit ("Pending," "Approved," or "Rejected") on your account page. Rejected items include a short reason.
Appeals & corrections
If an entry about a brand you worked with is inaccurate, or if you believe a rejection was wrong, email taylor@leafandlearn.com. Brands may request review of factual inaccuracies about their campaigns.
Enforcement
Violations may result in submission removal, warnings, or account termination. Fabricating rates or repeatedly posting NDA-covered content will lead to termination without refund.
