Terms of Service

These terms are maintained by Brand Deal Diary (operated by Leaf & Learn) and describe how members may use the service.
1. Membership
Brand Deal Diary is a paid, members-only service. Access requires an active Creator Incubator subscription. Sharing your login, scraping the database, or reselling access is not permitted and may result in termination without refund.
2. Subscriptions & billing
Subscriptions are billed through our community platform, Circle, on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can update payment methods or cancel at any time from your Circle profile (profile photo → Settings → Billing). Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees already charged are non-refundable.
3. Member-contributed content
Rate cards, casting posts, and notes are submitted by members. Brand Deal Diary does not independently verify every entry. You are responsible for what you submit and represent that you have the right to share it. See our Community & Submission Policy for what belongs on the platform and what does not.
4. License you grant
By submitting content, you grant Brand Deal Diary a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, moderate, and share that content with other members as part of the service. You retain ownership of your submissions.
5. Acceptable use
Do not submit content covered by an NDA you signed, defamatory statements, personal contact info of brand employees, or anything unlawful. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, or use automated tools to extract data.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the Community & Submission Policy. You may cancel your account at any time.
7. Disclaimers
Brand Deal Diary is provided "as is." Member-contributed rates and notes are opinions and reports from individual creators and should not be treated as professional, legal, or financial advice.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
